Delivered as a fixed-fee, the service and technology strategy engagement represents a holistic review of a company's human capital business strategy, leadership philosophy, culture, people, processes, and systems in the assessment and development of a strategic and actionable roadmap for service delivery and technology improvements.

Project Discovery - the project discovery phase includes both a project discovery meeting, followed by a company tailored questionnaire to be completed in advance of the defined engagement in preparation for project kick-off.  The discovery call will assist in determining the core project team, identify objectives and scope, explore success criteria, establish timeline, as well as project logistics.

Validate Business Priorities - an assessment of the clients overall business environment, business and human capital goals and strategies, and the identification of measurable success critiera is completed.  Interviews are conducted with key stakeholders and executive sponsors to gain buy-in and commitment of business priorities.

Requirements and Assessment - this phase consists of a series of interviews and assessments with targeted stakeholders in order to evaluate the maturity of current state human capital services and technology delivery and the identification of intial recommendations on key focus areas and critical business issues to be addressed with new or expanded services and technology delivery, with emphasis on achieving the highest level of business value.

Identification and Prioritization - this phase consists of the development and prioritization of detailed recommendations identifying opportunities for sustained business value and measurable business outcomes, development of future state human capital services and technology, assessing risk and change readiness, and evaluating cost versus value of implementation.
