So, what’s new in Zoho CRM?

In this video, we will be teaching you new features you can find in the latest Zoho CRM update particularly how to add notes and key information on your leads.

Managing your leads in Zoho allows you to properly designate and assign contacts to your team according to customer status. With the new Notes platform, aside from being able to assign team members, you can also tag and remove other CRM users from the lead, add custom notes, and change status of the contact in your pipedrive.

Today in this video, you will learn how to:

  • Associate Notes with Records
  • Import Notes to your Lead
  • Export Notes
  • Delete Notes

Zoho Lead Records also have a History feature wherein you can backtrack what has been previously done with the customer. So for example, you will be taking a leave but there is an urgent client request pending, you can easily tag your teammate through Zoho notes and assign him the lead while you are away. You can then easily check what has been done for the lead by browsing through the History tab.
