How does the extension work?

Zoho CRM’s default lead conversion process is for Contacts and Accounts only. There is no feature to convert leads into contacts and vendors automatically. That’s where Oscillosoft’s extension comes in!

All you need to do is install the extension into your CRM. After installing, a button will automatically be created in the Leads Details and Lead List view pages.

Convert to Vendor

To convert a lead into a vendor from the Lead Details page, click on the “Convert to Vendor” button. A contact and vendor will be automatically created from your lead. The lead will be automatically deleted.

Want to restore or view the lead? It will stay in your Recycle Bin for the next 60 days in case you need to retrieve it. After 60 days, you won’t be able to retrieve it anymore.

The same process applies for leads in the Lead List view page. After selecting the leads you want to convert.  Click on the “Convert to Vendors” button, the leads will be converted contacts and vendors.  It will automatically sent to the Recycle Bin.
